Welcoming you to our in person Breathwave circles & wood fired Cedar Sauna sessions!

Join us this Thursday as we come together to experience this very effective practice for self healing, relaxation and integration, together in circle.


"Conscious Breathing is a golden key to observe and manage our life experience."


The 'Breathwave' is a complete guided experience of your own breath flowing as a continuous and open wave. This gentle, full respiratory breathing practice improves the flow of oxygen and vital life force (prāṇa)
which facilitates:
-Balanced health
-Mental and emotional clarity
-Authentic healing
-Homeostasis

This workshop will be guided by trained facilitators who have dedicated their life to this practice. We will open with a clear explanation of the science and technique of this practice.
Each breather is invited to share personal intentions before we enjoy some movement and a full hour of breath journey.

Each participant is guided and supported to correct unconscious breathing patterns and move any resistance that may arise.
Ultimately, we remember to cultivate more balance in our lives by reactivating the body's innate intelligence through the intimacy of breath.

*Benefits:
relaxation, calm, centeredness, improved circulation, nervous system regulation, improved lung capacity, improved digestion, hormonal balance, better sleep patterns, mental clarity, emotional maturity, detoxification, healing injury, more available energy,
and overall clarity and connection as a daily practice.

No one turned away for lack of funds - if you'd like to exchange something that honours the value of the offering for you as a way to give your energy, you are welcome to also come with something else as an exchange.

*To Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat (we have a few extras if need be), shawl/light blanket for comfort (optional), a Towel for Sauna offering (optional)

Please arrive substance free and willing to listen and collectively hold a safe space for all participants.


*Parking:
Please park just past the property in the lot near the river, just before the bridge. If necessary due to specific needs, you can park in the lot at the first right onto the land, where there is a sign that says parking.


~Additional Sauna Offering~ 9pm-11pm
As an additional offering following the Breathwave circle, a Cedar Wood Fired Sauna session will be held on the lands beautiful Cedar Sauna temple that the land just completed. This sauna will be offered by extra donation to Breath Circle participants only, to maintain the container we create together.

This will be a space to integrate, discuss our experiences if we are inspired, and perhaps sing songs, or sit in silence together.
This sauna will be a "bottoms on" dress code to hold the comfort of all.

Additional Suggested Donation for Sauna - $10-$20
(Donations for this help recover the significant costs of the build and ongoing firewood expenses.)
